Thank you for your mail. As we have written to you on the 20th of February 2004, copy attached, a conference call can be set up any day of our choice preferable between march 21st thru 23rd. This will be to discuss the agenda as well as other matters of concern before a face to face meeting is arranged. We are doing our best to come up with a date agreeable to the UCMC officers out of state to fly in for a face to face meeting before Easter and hopefully can give you a definite date during the conference call. The conference call system of conducting meetings are proved to be very useful, effective and inexpensive and we are very confident of its results.
