Sub: 2ND Annual UCMC General Meeting
Dear Achens and Members of the UCMC,
Greetings to you all in the name of our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ.
A year has passed since our first UCMC general election held on May 14th 2003. As we look back, it was a year of great achievements. The success is greatly because of the support of all our leaders specially our Bishop Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel, Vice-President Rev. K. Zachariah Eipe, all the Vicars and members of our congregations and most of all the UCMC representatives including the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Also I would like to thank all the auxiliary fellowship Directors who actively conducted all the regional and national level programs.
Appointment of Rev. Cherian Thomas, Vicar of the CSI Malayalam Congregation of Greater New York as the Vice-President of the UCMC by our Bishop Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel for the year 2004-05 has already been announced. Refer letter from Rev. K Zachariah Eipe of May 26th 2004.
UCMC general body meeting for the year 2004 is scheduled to be held in Dallas at the Crown Plaza hotel, North Dallas-Addison, on Saturday, 3rd July 2004 in the evening. Election of the office bears, Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the year 2004-05 will be held during the meeting. Let me take this opportunity to request all the Vicars to encourage the UCMC representatives from their respective congregations to attend the UCMC general meeting, and also to participate in the 18th CSI Family and youth conference in Dallas.
