There shall be following auxiliary fellowships to organize programs in the national/regional level to strengthen the fellowship and creativity among the UCMC member churches. The regional council shall elect the National executive council members. The auxiliary fellowships shall be under the control of the Executive Committee.

Youth Chaplain shall be appointed by the President to give spiritual guidance to the youths. All the youth activities shall be organized under the supervision of the chaplain.

The National Committee

The national committee shall consist of the president, vice- president, Youth Chaplain, Regional presidents, Youth secretary, joint secretary, treasurer and two executive members from each region.

The president of the UCMC must be the chairman of the meeting or Vice- president in his absence. The national Committee must elect the office bearers for the next year. During the annual meeting the secretary should present the minutes of the previous meeting and the working report of the previous year. The Treasurer must present the annual income and expenditure and budget for the next year.

It consists of youth councilors elected from different units across the region. Each unit shall be represented with minimum of one member. (10 to 25 youth members can send 2 members to the council, 26 to 50 = 3, 51 to 75 = 4 and 76 and above=5). Regional council must meet at least once in a year.

Regional council shall elect secretary, joint-secretary and treasurer. The Regional Council shall elect two members to the national committee.

Vice president of the UCMC shall appoint a clergy from the region as the president.

The wife of the regional coordinator shall be the president of the women’s fellowship council.

2. Its aim is to co-ordinate Sunday school activities in the regional as well as national level.
